Grep for 'videoUrl' in that HTML file. You get an URL to a .wmv that actually is a .asx, but you can play that with vlc anyway, i.e.
vlc http://streamer.carnation.hu/mtvod2/hirado/2013/04/25/hirado12_130425.wmv
works here.
