wireless/pcmci

I would like to know if there is any pcmci wireless card that I can plug in just as that, with not kernel reconfig, or rebuilt, or any other consideration. I am using suse 9.2 I would like to buy the EASYEST to install and most recognisable wireless pcmci card. someting EASY to install, no recofig the OS should ideally recognize it autooatically. is there such a thing? cheeers.
