Then I suppose this could have something to do with locale or may be some file permission. I tried to create a brand new user in my openSUSE and configured my Thunderbird account and the problem is still there! Is there anybody that could have the explication to this strange behavior? It could be related to have installed XFCE along GNOME as DE? Any help is greatly appreciated.
