[opensuse] Thunderbird and HTML

There is a class of HTML-containing incoming messages that I need to save as HTML. I access these later with Firefox. Now I am using the Thunderbird mail client. In Kmail, I could use the message-structure feature to save the HTML version of such messages. Thunderbird seems to lack the ability to display in a format called EML. I do not see a way to get the mailer to display or save the HTML part of a message, and hope that I am overlooking something.
