I have a client who's new Leap 42.3 install boots to root rather than <user>. where is that defined and how do I change it?

Sorta sounds like, if KDE Plasma was his computer role selection, https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/SDDM#Autologin got enabled and either no ordinary user exists, so it consequently defaults to root, or some mistake set it explicitly to root.
