I recently downloaded instructions from Brother which were supposed to apply to the HL-2040 printer. In the examples they gave, the printer model appeared to be HL-2030. I changed that in the instructions, as I followed them, to be HL-2040. Perhaps this was in error, and I should have left it 2030. If this is the case, how do I "erase" the erroneous installation, so I can use the correct one. I have, of course, the files and the instructions I downloaded from Brother, which seem otherwise quite clear. When I installed according the the instructions, except changing the printer number, I wound up where when I tell the machine to print, the print light goes on, and all the paper in the printer comes out of the machine, one after the other, all blank.
