It looks like php is not called. What is the name of the file?
Is the file in your public_html or htdocs directory and are you calling up the file from a browser using http://a.b.c.d/(~)yourfile.php? S.
I placed my file in mu public_html and in the apache server's document root directory. Tried html and php extensions, like: http://127.0.0.1/example.html http://127.0.0.1/example.php When trying example.php, the browser (mozilla) tries to save the file instead of viewing it. I've looked at the server's access_log and error_log files and no signs of a problem shows. -- Rafael
