-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi, I use tmux to start and run tasks on my "server". Does the purpose just fine. But there are caveats: Too many keys are intercepted, so that I can not use "joe/jstar" properly (^K^B etc, for text block manipulation). Midnight commander also has problems: alt-enter to copy a file name to the command line, functions like F6 to rename a file... I also can not start a graphical app, like for instance, gkrellm, which I use in order to see on the client to check its current load status as I do things. Also the mouse does not work, like in the parent xterm with 'mc'. Are there workarounds? Other tools? My needs is simply to start a terminal session and do things that run in the server, watch them in the client, and that the session doesn't die when the client goes off. Tmux does just that, and probably a lot more that I do not need. - -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R.
