[SLE] Serial + ps2 mouse with X?

When at home I like to use an external keyboard and serial mouse connected to a laptop. Anyone on this list who has configured X to use two mice simultaneously? I have done this with gpm, but the X howto's don't seem to mention this sort of thing.
