No, the last thing the perl script does after closing the log file is "exit 0;"
Did you try executing a script with error to see what it gives you?
I don't understand what you suggest. I have often run scripts with error returns, and they report what I expect, as well as scripts without error properly returning 0. Never have I seen "exit 0;" in Perl returning 255. Jim
