After Running Saint

Hi, I ran SAINT and was told that its going to create a directory called .Xauthority. Well after I finished using it, I deleted the ".Xauthority" file along with the ".mozilla" directory in the root directory to save space. Did I do the right thing or did I remove something that could harm the normal working of the system? TIA Leo
