Above is says 5.12-5.19 ? Looking at kernel 5.14.21 (config.gz) as installed on a 15.4 system, the module is enabled.
No, it doesn't. Look closely for the matching vendor and especially device ID. It says 5.17-5.19 as I already said, twice.
With "above" being the Linux Kernel Drivers Database at https://cateee.net/lkddb/web-lkddb/MT7921E.html, it _really_ does say 5.12-5.19, see screenshot attached.
