I can't make head or tails of it. Documentation is missing in 8.2 (help shows the general kde help only).
You can always 'play' with the program...
i know, I know... I did that.
It has something named rpm, another udg, but I don't see any button to find "duplicated" files. I don't know what udg means, what it is for, what that rpm list does...
UDG = User Defined Groups - right click on it and the meny says "New UDG" which gives you a dialog to define a file group.
But I didn't see a way to find duplicated files, which was my original question. Under file criteria, there is a file pattern, and a few more things. But nowhere do I see an option to find duplicated files.
The RPM list finds all the installed rpms on your box
Fantastic program... utterly useless, it doesn't say what it does, how, what for. :-/
Ah, the delight of playing
Yeah. But it ***** me to find another package badly packed. I mean, that program is supposed to have a help file - why else would it have help tabs and buttons? Only that somebody forgot to pack them with the rpm. I think I will have to finish my own script for the task. -- Cheers, Carlos Robinson
