[opensuse] OpenBoard 1.3.4 now available as package

Hi Josep, it took a while, but due to me using the OpenBoard-Software in my HackWeek-Project, i pushed this topic a bit and got help from our packaging and Qt experts - so thanks to adamm, darix and danimo - we have now a well working OpenBoard package available in the Education project.
