How to get How tos to show in suse help contents?

I minor annoyance. I have all the docs installed, and would like to access how tos from under installation/hardware in contents under the SuSe help center. I get the following error: "Unable to run the command specified. The file or directory file:/usr/share/doc/howto/en/html/HOWTO-INDEX.html does not exist." Browsing to this directory shows they do exist in html and in packets. (the directory is there) Thanks in Advance..
