[SLE] missing the mount for a Creative Zen micro

Hi, When I pluggin a creative zen (using usb 2.0) I can access it using kzenexplorer but it does not seem to be mountable in any other way. I am using a pretty standard 10.1 installation on an x86 PC. It seems that I may be missing some configuration for hal/udev but I do not know what exactly.
