Likely you should not run qtparted on a mounted system. Knoppix lets you mount without needing a second drive, also its debian based which I think is the case with qtparted. That way your not risking your system on beta. CWSIV On Wed, 2004-03-03 at 02:34, Jerry Feldman wrote:

Look and feel similar to PM. I really like QTParted. Some features that PM8 does not have, such as recognition and resizing or Reiserfs. Also note that I loaded QTParted on my SuSE system, and it had some serious bugs, but the version on the Knoppix is stable.
