How do I remap pg-up/pg-dn to be the same as 'f' and 'b' in man viewer?

      All,

   When viewing a man page, pg-up/pg-dn scroll 1/2 screen while 'f' and 'b' 
scroll an entire screen. How do I remap the pg-up/pg-dn keys for man so they 
behave like 'f' and 'b'?
