so amarok exists in "Main Repository" as Per suggested.
why do you have "Factory" repositories? they are not Leap 15.1 and are mostly/usually not compatible. they are not Leap 15.1 just as Tumbleweed and Leap 14 and debian are not. you cause yourself much problems by not following procedure.
your "installed" amarok package is not intended for Leap 15.1 and is not from git and/or KDE:Extra as you described. it is from "Factory".
openSUSE:Factory /= Leap 15.1 openSUSE:Factory /= Tumbleweed openSUSE:Factory /= git
It appears that factory came in with the Tumbleweed version. I have had both git and Tumbleweed installed, at one time or other, trying to find the appropriate version. I would *REALLY* like to know where to find it, as no matter what I do, I wind up with the wrong version.
Again, this is on a fresh install of 15.1 and I have not manually added repos. If one's in the list, it's because something I installed added it.
One Click. It easily adds repos, and as we said, it can be the wrong ones. We told you so days ago. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 15.0 x86_64 at Telcontar)
