How-to:? RW access to Windows and Fedora partitions & fix-mount USB-Drive

Attached my fstab. Requirements: 1. Read-write access for the user samjnaa (me) to my Windows and Fedora partitions. 2. Create a mount point for my USB Pen Drive where subfs will automount it when I plug it in, just like for my CD and DVD drives. Both these don't currently work. Even as root I am not sometimes allowed write access to create a directory etc on the vfat partitions. What edits to apply to fstab? Please advise.
