Have you had any feedback yet?
I have a similar problem. I updated the 2.6.13-15-default Kernel to 2.6.13-15-7 (default?) with YOU last week, on a x86_64 box. I am running DRBD, which I had to build and make on it to run. I need to go back to the previous kernel substituted by YOU. Is it possible with YaST2? Note; I have installed the kernel, but not rebooted the system yet. I presume the older Kernel is still active till the next reboot.
Just go to yast, install, with the dvd in, and tell it to re-install any rpm you want, in this case, the kernel. It will install the original one. If you want to install an intermediate one (not the original, not the last from you, the rpms are saved in "/var/lib/YaST2/you/mnt/i386/update/9.3/rpm/i586/ke*" (change version if needed). Just use the command line 'rpm'. - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
