[opensuse] Dolphin: where is the "apply view properties to" ?

According to this there is a way to apply view properties to other folders (new,sub-,all) besides the current one: http://docs.kde.org/stable/en/kdebase-apps/dolphin/view-properties.html I can't find that part of the dialogue on my openSUSE 11.4 system.
