This looks really strange. Looks like a broken battery (battery with current level but no last full capacity and no valid battery.charge_level.design). If this is the fact, we can't do anything in KPowersave/powersave/HAL. Could you attach output of 'grep . /proc/acpi/battery/CMB0/* ' one time with and one time without the AC adapter plugged in.
