[opensuse] Remapping Ctrl+Alt+Del in Virtual Machine Manager

Hi all, Wow. Been a long time since I've used Linux (mostly a FreeBSD guy here, but OpenSUSE's Xen support is excellent). One question - when I open a VM in Virtual Machine Manager, how can I change the hotkey sequence? In other words, I want to send Ctrl+Alt+Del to a running Windows VM, but that just releases the cursor. Can I reprogram the hotkeys, and if so, how? Also - any way I can prevent Xen DomU from paging out VMs ever; or is this already automatically done?
