I found a solution on my own.
For anyone who is interested:
I've searched for the old SUSE Linux 9.3 Updates, to find the Multi-Media-Option Packages. It seems to consist of more than only one package. I use xmms, so i downloaded:
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/update/9.3/rpm/i586/xmms-lib-mad-1.2.10-68 .i586.rpm [...]
try this: ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/distribution/SL-10.0-OSS-beta1/inst-source/suse/i586/ Detlef
