(xv is a package from the pay ->series, shareware for commercial use) I also suggest upgrading your kde2 ->packages. The konqueror I use works great. A lot of people also are very ->happy with the mozilla 0.9.1 browser. -> How about just changing what the files are associated with? Windows has default associations for .jpg, .gif and other such files. Netscape handles these associations the exact same way...just go into your preferences and specify something else..such as Pixie which comes with KDE2? I also agree that Mozilla 0.9.1 is damn fine. It works well. -- Ben Rosenberg mailto:ben@whack.org ----- "They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety." -Benjamin Franklin
