Hello, I'm not a Lotus Notes expert but, assuming that you use Lotus Notes 5.0.10 and have administrative rights, open your Lotus Administration Tool (don't remember the name right now) and go to: Setup > Messages > Messages Parameters > Restrictions and Controls There you'll find some SMTP settings that will allow you to use your Lotus Notes Server as email relay. HTH, Martin
We use Lotus Notes servers. I've tried searching man pages for mail, nail, .mailrc but can't din anything about setting SMTP server=xxxx etc.

Hi.
I want to use the shell's mail prog on a corporate network to automcatically mail logs off via cron, but I always get "unable to relay for user@host.com".
Any ideas?
Tx. Pete.
