I agree that announce is low on activity, but that is GOOD for a person who doesn't have time to keep up with this list, [and before you've been on here very long you will realize it's a commitment]. So I agree with SuSE that there is a good separate purpose for each list. Besides, you won't miss anything while on this list any way, and if you doubt that, it isn't hard for people like you and me to subscribe to both lists. is it?
