I've searched the samba site, read the FAQ. I guess I have an infrequently asked question. I have samba running on my Linux server. The server's CD-ROM is shared. I noticed if a win95 client maps the CD-ROM "folder" to a drive letter, I can not umount the CD-ROM. Even after the drive letter is unmapped, I cannot umount the CD. How to I unmount the CD-ROM? Stopping samba, then restarting it seems fairly brutish, and I would prefer to use a more elegant method.
