I *loved* the text handling side of this program a great deal more than the (always buggy) WYSIWYG side. Only when development ceased did I learn that the text handling side was actually Kate, embedded by plugin. I switched to Kate, then gedit, then back to Kate, and, Kate is *still* my favorite GUI text editor today.
