[opensuse] Tumbleweed: Restart doesn't work correctly.

Whern I select 'Restart' within GNOME 3.16 under Tumbleweed, the computer fails to restart. Instead the monitor shuts off (LED) and the fans in the PC spin down. It does not restart, nor does it shut down. This forces me to hold down the power button to restart. Has anybody else encountered this problem?
