I had to change the syntax a little, but it works     :-)

for i in `sort /etc/passwd | cut -f1 -d":"`
do
  if blubb=`finger $i | grep Last`
  then
    echo "$i: $blubb"
  fi
done

for i in `sort /etc/passwd | cut -f1 -d":"`
do
  if blubb=`finger $i | grep Last`; then
    echo "$i: $blubb";
  fi
done
