Resume with proftpd don't work

Hi, I have a Suse 7.3 and a Suse 7.2. No one of then can resume files download/upload. I Added this lines to /etc/proftpd.conf : AllowRetrieveRestart on AllowStoreRestart on But nothing change at all. Any idea ?? Thanks.
