The problem consist not so much in the pairing process (that does work and the mouse reacts as expected). But you loose the possibility to use it again after shutdown, suspend to ram or to disk.
Ah, well when you characterize it THAT WAY, yes there is a known problem. Any suspend runs a 50-50 risk of losing the mouse upon resume. The problem is the driver for the computer's bluetooth radio driver is dropped, and sometimes not loaded again upon resume. It is NOT a problem with the mouse. Its a computer-side radio driver issue. But here's the solution: If you are on a laptop, there is invariably an airplane mode switch (or keyboard combo). So after resume, if no mouse: Airplane Mode on. Wait 6 seconds Airplane mode off Wait 6 seconds Shazam. Mouse restored. If a usb-dongle for the bluetooth its even easier, unplug, wait, replug. There are more elaborate suspend/resume scrip solution to unload/load the driver modules, but that actually means hacking something that is better left untouched. -- After all is said and done, more is said than done. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
