[opensuse] Post to Mailing List via menu launches browser

HI When trying to post an email to this mailing list via kmail2 "Message/Mailing List/Post new message" kmail2 launches my browser to compose/send the email instead of kmail2? Does anyone know if this is a config option? Right clicking on the mailing list folder doesn't give you a "post to mailing list" option like kmail1.
