Hi,
For a while now I have been under a tremendous pressure from my system (OS11.2 x64) to upgrade to Thunderbird 3.0. However I do not want to upgrade before Lightning and Provider for Google Calendar add-ons are available as I absolutely need them.
So I guess I have 2 questions:
1. When can we expect x64 versions of the Lightning and Provider for Google Calendar add-ons compatible with TB3? I checked the nightly builds and they do not provide an x64 version.
2. What is the best strategy to prevent a package from being upgraded with YaST2?
Thanks,

I am running openSuse 11.2 x64 and am using Thunderbird 3 (3.0.0-1.1.1-x86_64) and lightning (1.0pre...) and all is working perfectly. Must admit I haven't gone looking for the Google Calendar stuff, but now that you mention it, that could be handy... :-) John
