I've already posted this over at the Transgaming forums (for the Cedega part)... thought I'd try here too since there may be someone here who can help. Basically I have sound working perfectly for most things. I can play videos, listen to music etc. KDE system sounds are all there... everything works... almost. It fails in two places. I get no sound at all in Cedega and no sound in Firefox with Flash stuff. In Cedega - it did work at one point in SUSE10.1. I did have sound. Then I reinstalled 10.1 (other reasons) and sound no longer works in Cedega. I've tried all the obvious things... checking volume settings in games, system volumes, changed from ALSA to OSS and back in Cedega. Nothing helps. This is especially frustrating since sound was working with Cedega on this hardware at one point (with 10.1). In Firefox, I do not have any sound in Flash apps. If I open the same page with Opera... it works fine. Same goes for Konqueror... Flash in Konq gives me sound. So... Flash is working... it's just some stupid thing in Firefox... I assume. So... anyone have any tips/clues etc for what I can do to get sound working in these two places?
