[opensuse] Contribution to packages offered by openSUSE repositories

Just wondering how can one contribute to the packages offered by openSUSE repositories ? Specifically, the version of gpsdrive offered by /repositories/Application:/Geo/openSUSE_11.1 repository is 2.10pre 4 while the current version is 2.10pre 7.
