[opensuse] Now does one tell zipper not to update a particular package?

I would like to have zipper not update emacs, or break the emacs version that is retained by updating it's dependencies. The man page is huge, and it is not clear to me how to accomplish the above. Also, is it possible to undo one update and go back to the previous version?
