Hi all, Soon after 10.1 arrived on the scene, I purchased the DVD version and installed it on my Athlon XP2000. I had almost sorted it all out and had it running the way I like when the hard drive died. I replaced that and the memory went out soon after re-installing 10.1. So I ordered a new upgrade (AMD Dual-Core 64 3800) for my box. The upgraded computer should be ready for the installation of 10.1 by Tuesday evening. I have enjoyed SuSE on AMD Athlons since May, 2000 when I bought my first boxed version of SuSE (6.4). I've had many hours of uneventful installs installing SuSE on 32 bit computers since 7.2 (6.4 was anything but effortless). Is there anything about installing SuSE 10.1 on a 64 bit machine I should be aware of, or is the install on a 64 bit machine as easy as installing on a 32 bit machine? Thanks-Tom Thomas E.
