Where can it be downloaded from, if we are aware? ;-)
Just follow the prompts on that web page -ie, click on 'Download LO Now' and then click on Change Language under the 2 green 'boxes' and select English GB (towards the end of the list).
Any idea when it will be in the repos?
None.

I had 4.1 downloading from standard repos. I just raised the priority to 98 and it still did what you see so I disabled the libreoffice repo I was using for 4.1.
I rebooted my system this morning and every time I tried to start writer or calc, I got the following error:
QUOTE ---------- LibreOffice Fatal Error 4.2 The application cannot be started. The user interface language cannot be determined, -------- I appear to have same files installed as 4.1 but they were version 4.2.0.4-117.1. Since I needed to get some work done today I reinstalled 4.1 and it works fine. I just enabled the repo again and it shows the 4.1 installed and 4.2 available. Will try again soon? Will try again encase download was bad.
Russ openSUSE 13.1(Linux 3.11.6-4-desktop x86_64| Intel(R) Quad Core(TM) i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10GHz|8GB DDR3| GeForce 8400GS (NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-331.38)|KDE 4.12.2 I just reinstalled it, get same error. How do I tell what is missing when thats the only error. I using YaST to install and it says no dependence issues.
