I have a system, that when it boots, reports this in /var/log/messages:

It reports it twice. Then no more.
I am not sure what device is having the problem. I am not sure how to find out what 0000:00:02.3 is.
Hint: Google / other search engine with term: "APEI PCI 0000:00:02.3" w/o the double-quotes. Gives "some" answers, YMMV: http://lkml.org/lkml/2013/5/7/251 http://lkml.iu.edu/hypermail/linux/kernel/1305.0/03182.html http://bugs.mysql.com/file.php?id=19321 https://lists.debian.org/debian-kernel/2014/12/msg00026.html http://review.coreboot.org/gitweb?p=board-status.git;a=blob;hb=HEAD;f=amd/ol... http://hwraid.le-vert.net/attachment/ticket/227/hpsa-info.txt
From a first glance, this hits some hardware that I do not have any access to, sorry, end-of-line for me.
