What produces the stopped jobs message? What can I change to eliminate it? Is it a symptom of a good thing or is it bad?
The shell is producing the message. type ps and kill anything that's stopped. Typing fg will bring stopped jobs into the foreground. cntrl Z will suspend jobs [stop them] It's neither good nor bad.
