Dear my friends....
Anybody use octave (http://www.octave.org)?
I tried to compile it but none of the versions works on SuSE Linux 8.2 . I am using SuSE 8.2 . I need this kind of software to do my research for my study. Kalamaris is still far than eligible to be used in works. I think octave is the best for my demand till now.
Please help me where I can get octave (download) which suitable to SuSE 8.2'es environment.
Thank you very much in advance.
It's on the SuSE 8.2 CD's/DVD's. Open YaST2 Install/Remove software, on the pull-down menu at the left-top choose 'search' and type in 'octave' and hit <enter>...it'll show up on the right hand side, place a check mark in it and click the 'accept' button on the bottom-right of the window.
