Hi list,
- I've got a laptop with SuSE10.2 and this stupid touchpad, a synaptics thing. I want to switch it off. I tried commenting it out in /etc/X11/xorg.conf, but it seems to driven by somthing so low (a module somewhere) that this was not enough.
- any ideas as to how to kill it?
in a console-window: "synclient TouchpadOff=1" to switch it off and "synclient TouchpadOff=0" to switch it on again. Runs here fine with OpenSUSE 10.2 and a Toshiba. HTH, Jens -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
