[opensuse] How to customize gtk3 themes in oS 13.2?

Hello: How can I customize gtk3 settings like background and foreground colors, font size in openSUSE 13.2? I tried gnome-control-center but it has no such option. Especially I'd like to change the volume meters' thickness in pavucontrol.
