What's the relationship, please, between the regular monthly drop of KDE

and the one in the new repository above?
If KDE SC updates (atm, 4.10.x) will appear in Update repository, then 
KDE:Extra should change build target from openSUSE_12.3/standard to 
openSUSE_12.3/update.
