dhcpd won't start: need to define interface?

      dhcpd is not starting for me, failing with the message:

Not configured to listen on any interfaces!
...
...
Where do I specify an interface (eth0 in this case)?

max-lease-time 7200;
option subnet-mask 255.255.255.0;
option broadcast-address 192.168.1.255;
option routers 192.168.1.1;
option domain-name-servers 64.81.159.2, 216.231.41.2;
option domain-name "theboulets.net";

subnet 192.168.1.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 {
   range 192.168.1.150 192.168.1.152;
