-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 This problem showed up a few days ago, before this I had no problem with the run-level editor in yast. I had to turn an init script I made a few weeks ago to do some testing. When I tried to turn it back on, it seemed to state that it had to start some other processes (required start) that it never did before, and when it tried to start the actual init script it hung, and could not complete the task. It finally returns but fails. If I temporarily fixed the script and placed an extra "rc_reset" after the "rc_status -v" it will work. This script is just the "/etc/init.d/skeleton" script renamed and modified for the specific process. The script also works fine on the command line, so I believe it has to do withe the checks which are made. I tried this on another script and the same thing happens. I can remove the extra "rc_reset" afterwards and when I boot it works correctly. Is there some database involved here? Is there something I can do to fix the problem? -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.5 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFE8zbQhs7JGk93PT0RAsmcAKCD9kP+Qn2DC7rWTL2v2cgDmtx5LACgq8GT ubCjuc3birpxGhU+jPbs1F8= =8gFh -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
