Everytime the test effort says that the "test page was sent successfully to printer E210"
How is your printer connected?
I'm connected via parallel port.
Is it possible that it might be a ghostscript problem???
What is the output of lpstat -d -p? Or, as a graphical alternative, http://127.0.0.1:631/printers ?
output from lpstat -d -p:
no system default destination printer E210 is idle.
Try going into Kups (K>System>Tools>CUPS administration tool [assuming you installed it]) Click on E210 under printers, then choose Instances, and set as default. It should then say E210 (default) under printers on the left. Then, under Instances, hit test.
